At The Toy Tales, we know that when you order a toy, there is a little one waiting eagerly for it. We do our best to get your happiness delivered as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Policy
1. How fast do you dispatch?
We value your excitement! All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
2. How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your package is shipped so you can follow its journey.
3. What are the shipping charges?
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.
Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee (calculated at checkout) applies to cover logistics.
Return & Refund Policy
1. The 7-Day "No Worries" Return
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like teethers) may not be returnable if the seal is broken.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at support@thetoytales.com or use our Contact Us page with your Order ID. Our team will schedule a reverse pickup for you.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
We pack with love, but accidents happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
